ELLIE - Scharfe Chiliflocken in Tüte

Chiliflocken oder auch Boukovo ist die "griechische Ausgabe des Chilis". Es wird aus den langen, besonders scharfen Paprikaschoten gewonnen, welche getrocknet und anschließend in Scheiben geschnitten und zerkleinert werden.
Es verleiht den Speisen eine milde Schärfe und eine rauchige, pfeffrige Note und passt perfekt zu allem, was nach einer mediterranen, pikanten Würze verlangt. Ein Hauch genügt, um dem Gericht das gewisse Etwas zu verleihen.

Chiliflocken werden vielseitig verwendet: zum Würzen von Pizza, Pasta, Eintöpfen und Currys, zum Verfeinern von Marinaden und Dips, als Topping für Salate, Suppen und Gerichte wie Nachos sowie zur Dekoration von Käsecremes oder Quark.
TIPP: Nicht zu früh hinzufügen: Geben Sie die Chiliflocken am besten erst am Ende des Kochvorgangs oder kurz vor dem Servieren hinzu, damit fruchtige Aromen und die Schärfe erhalten bleiben.
